Update - All E-zekiel sites should now have access to see the files within their My Files area. However, we are still working to resolve the issue many users are having uploading new files.

Identified - Thrive files should be fully restored within 24 hours.

Legacy E-zekiel sites impacted by the outage do not have the ability to upload files to the MyFiles area. We are currently working on a fix to implement as quickly as possible.

Investigating - We are aware of an ongoing issue with some of the design elements and images with a number of Thrive websites. We are currently working to resolve this issue.

Once we have more information about a resolution for this issue we will provide an update. Thank you for your continued patience.

Monitoring - Thrive websites should now be operational. We will continue to monitor the sites and will provide a more thorough explanation of the resolution here soon.

If you are still seeing an error message when trying to view your site please try clearing your browser's cache, and if that does not resolve the issue please contact our support team at support@thrive.am.

Also, while Legacy E-zekiel websites are up and running we are aware of an issue accessing and uploading files within the My Files area. We will continue to work on this issue and will provide an update when it is resolved.

Identified - Legacy E-zekiel sites while up cannot be edited. Clients receive a 404 error message. We have a team working since this morning to resolve the login/edit problems.

Thrive sites continue to be down but we have identified the solution and are working on implementing the resolution. We hope to have Thrive sites restored by end of day.

Update - Thrive websites continue to be down as we've worked tirelessly to rebuild the environment in which it is hosted. We made significant progress through last night. The server was online which was progress but the application itself wasn't coming online. We are working through today with a new team in order to restore the Thrive application services as quickly as possible.

Identified - Our technicians have been working on site in our datacenter all afternoon and night to identify the issues surrounding this event, create the best possible plan to resolve these issues, and execute the plan in the best way possible to bring every site back up as quickly as possible. The execution of this plan began a short while ago and we plan to have significant progress in restoring service before Saturday afternoon if not before. We are continuing to work this plan over the course of tonight until we have this issue resolved. We know how frustrated you must be and we greatly apologize for yet another outage in such a short period of time.

We're continuing to push our teams to get our services into our new hosting environment as quickly as possible so these situations do not continue to happen. We are hopeful that within a few weeks time we will be ready for the migration. We want to ensure we make it as seamless as humanly possible so you do not experience any downtime during the transition. We will have more information on what that process looks like in emails to come.
